1. Duties and responsibility would include:

-Maintain communication with production department/technical department/merchandiser department and ensure customer requirement can be made on quality issues.
-Encourage open communication to resolve potential quality problems.
-Implement our existing quality systems (for example, AQL inspection, In-line report process, Final report process, Process control report, Customer sample submission, ect.)
-To organize QA/QC staff to work according to our requirement.
-To train QC/QA staff.

2. Knowledge and skill required:

-Relevant knowledge of quality management and quality assurance processes.
-Relevant knowledge of yarn and sweater performance and construction
-Computer knowledge word, excel and email
