Major Responsibilities
Manages material costing operations and establishes a general costing structure.
Be aware of factors likely to impact material sourcing capabilities
Makes sure suppliers follow all required environmental and legal regulations.
Provides a leadership roles to serve all product categories.
Sensitive to potential costing increase/decrease factors
Works with factories to ensure all are providing accurate and transparent costing sheets on a timely manner.
Drive and communicate global Costing objectives
Ensure the best possible prices for priority product.
